Place the inlet tube in any bucket or reservoir, connect up to 10 drip lines, and the controller handles everything on a fully automatic schedule.

17 preset programs cover every need from twice daily to once every 3 days. Recharge via Type-C — or run it indefinitely with an optional solar panel.

A: No — the built-in pump draws water from any open container like a bucket or reservoir.

Q: Can I use regular AA batteries instead of NiMH?
A: No. The AM-22096 requires 4× 1.2V AA NiMH rechargeable batteries only. Standard 1.5V dry batteries can damage the pump and controller.

Q: What happens when the battery is low?
A: The LED flashes red every 4 seconds and the controller stops all irrigation programs until batteries are recharged or replaced.

Q: Can I run it while charging?
A: No — do not run irrigation programs while the device is connected to a charger.

Q: What is the maximum distance from the water source to the last drip stake?
A: The pump supports up to 2m of delivery height. Keep all drip points within 2m of the pump unit.
